Variance Request for 7139 Eldred Drive

The variance request to exceed the 1,200 sq. ft. accessory structure size for 7139 Eldred Dr NE has been removed from the Zoning Board of Appeals agenda. Additionally, the Zoning Board of Appeals meeting scheduled for December 15, 2025 has been cancelled.

Because the request involves constructing an addition to an existing accessory structure, the applicant must instead seek an amendment to the Special Land Use Approval originally granted in 2015. This amendment must be reviewed by the Planning Commission.

In accordance with the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, notices will be sent to all property owners within 300 feet at least 15 days prior to the Planning Commission public hearing.
